A way to show hidden files on Windows 98

This is for those who still have Windows 98 or experienced Windows 98. I got the files for DecTalk Access 32. I just want to know if there's a way to make the My Computer system to show the hidden files for DecTalk. There's no tools menu, the only menus that are on the menu bar are file, edit, view, go, and help. Please help me ASAP! Thanks.

Go into view, and then, folder options.
in the Advanced Settings box, under the "Hidden files" folder, click Show all files.
Enter on yes if it prompts you for confirmation, then apply it.
Hope that helps/works, its been a while since I've used 98.
